This is the third time I ordered a cushion from this site. I was very happy the last two times. But this times the picture I sent was printed wrong and the colours were off. I immediately emailed and also sent a WhatsApp message on the number provided, along with pictures. What upset me more was that I received no reply whatsoever, to neither the email nor the message. I have corresponded on whatsapp and have received immediate replies. I am very disappointed.
